Key Responsibilities Manage daily brooding operations. Monitor chick health and welfare. Maintain optimal brooding temperatures. Monitor ventilation and humidity. Ensure adequate feeding programs. Manage water quality and supply. Implement farm biosecurity procedures. Monitor chick growth performance. Maintain brooder equipment. Record production data accurately. Identify and report diseases. Administer vaccines as scheduled. Supervise brooder attendants. Ensure cleanliness of brooder houses. Reduce chick mortality rates. Perform any assigned duties.
