Min Qualification: Diploma Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Kenya Job descriptions & requirements JOB TITLE HORECA SALES REPRESENTATIVE (PACKED JUICES) NATURE OF JOB FULL TIME INDUSTRY FMCG SALARY KSHS.45,000-50,000 PLUS COMMISSIONS JOB LOCATION MOMBASA DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Revenue Growth Develop, manage, and grow HORECA accounts within the assigned territory. Drive sales, distribution, and visibility of beverage products across hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, lounges, and clubs. Achieve and exceed agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure full product listing and optimal SKU availability in all assigned outlets. Market Expansion & Account Development Identify and onboard new outlets to expand territory coverage. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with bar managers, restaurant managers, procurement officers, and distributors. Negotiate product listings, pricing, contracts, and promotional placements. Conduct regular structured outlet visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and compliance with agreed standards. Trade Marketing & Activation Execute in-outlet promotions, brand activations, and sampling activities. Coordinate merchandising efforts to maximize shelf space and brand visibility. Ensure POS materials are correctly placed and maintained. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional calendars effectively. Market Intelligence & Reporting Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions. Provide timely and accurate market intelligence reports. Maintain updated records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer feedback. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Order Management & Collections Follow up on orders, deliveries, and stock replenishment. Support credit control processes and ensure timely collections where applicable. Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain strong client satisfaction. KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2–4 years’ proven sales experience in Beverages, FMCG, or HORECA channels. Strong knowledge of either the Nairobi or Coast beverage market. Established relationships with bar managers, restaurant managers, distributors, and key decision-makers (added advantage). Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Valid driving license (mandatory).
