Looking for a finance job in Kenya? Haleon is hiring a Finance Business Partner skilled in financial planning and analysis, commercial decision support, budgeting, and financial reporting. About the role The role is responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance management while partnering closely with the Global Capability Centre (FP&A and Controlling & Compliance teams). Through effective business partnering and financial stewardship, the incumbent will help enable informed decision-making, optimize financial outcomes, and contribute to the successful delivery of business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the monthly rolling forecast in partnership with the Finance Hub, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of P&L, Working Capital, HC & Other Net Liabilities, with robust oversight of Pricing, G2N, OCOGS, and key financial drivers. Serve as the key finance partner to Hub C&C/FP&A teams during month-end close, ensuring accurate reporting and insightful commentary across P&L,Working Capital, and Headcount. Drive the preparation of Management Performance Review (MPR) reporting, including Brand and Channel P&Ls, account performance deep-dives, Price-Volume-Mix analysis, innovation tracking, and performance bridges. Own G2N governance and monitoring, partnering with GCC, Sales, and Trade Spend teams to ensure strong controls, ICFW compliance, and optimal trade investment effectiveness. Support CMF forecasting and lead key elements of the Annual Business Planning (ABP) process, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to develop robust financial plans and growth strategies. Oversee Internal Control Framework (ICFW) compliance and Balance Sheet Review (BSR) processes, ensuring balance sheet integrity and proactive risk management. Partner closely with Commercial teams and Finance Business Partners to shape brand and channel strategies through pricing simulations, profitability analysis, and COGS optimization. Support internal and external audits by ensuring strong financial governance, effective controls, and compliance with corporate policies and standards. Qualifications and skills Essential Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 4+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, and/or finance business partnering, ideally within FMCG or similarly complex industries. Solid technical finance capability, including accounting standards, performance management, forecasting, ROI evaluation, and strategic analysis. Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to challenge constructively, simplify complexity, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Experience operating in complex, matrixed and global environments; collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working independently in fast‑paced settings.
