KPMG is hiring a Cyber Transformation Lead (Alliance-Led) skilled in cybersecurity strategy, strategic alliance management, enterprise security transformation, and technology solution delivery. Position Summary The Cyber Transformation Lead is an Associate director-level role accountable for converting KPMG’s Microsoft Security and Cyber alliance pipeline into signed, delivering, revenue-generating engagements across Africa. This role combines senior client-facing presence with deep cybersecurity transformation expertise – owning the end-to-end pursuit and delivery of cybersecurity mandates including SOC deployments, IAM programmes, Zero Trust architectures, and cyber resilience frameworks. The role is a primary revenue contributor within Block A, personally accountable for alliance-attributed cyber revenue and acting as the senior KPMG face to Microsoft’s security partner ecosystem. Qualifcations Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related technical field. CISSP, CISM, or equivalent cybersecurity certification required. Microsoft Security certifications (SC-100, SC-200 or equivalent) strongly preferred. Minimum 12 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a client-facing consulting or advisory role. .Proven experience delivering cybersecurity transformation programmes (SOC, IAM, Zero Trust, Cyber Resilience) for major enterprise or government clients in Africa. Demonstrated track record of working within Microsoft’s partner ecosystem to originate and deliver cyber solutions.
