Develop creative content for social media platforms, including captions, images, short videos, and promotional posts. Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media channels according to the content calendar. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly while maintaining a professional brand voice. Engage with followers and online communities to increase audience interaction and brand visibility. Track and analyze social media performance using platform analytics and prepare regular performance reports. Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities. Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online channels. Assist in creating email marketing content, blogs, and website updates where required. Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and brand initiatives. Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all digital platforms. Support day-to-day digital marketing and administrative tasks as assigned. KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION Certificate in Digital Marketing or a related field. At least six (6) months of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation. Proficiency in Canva for creating social media content. Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Good organizational and time management skills.
