Job Description Project & Program Delivery Manage the IT project portfolio, including planning, resourcing, budgeting, and risk management for each initiative. Coordinate delivery of enterprise system projects (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, MES, e-commerce, fleet) in partnership with business and vendor stakeholders. Track milestones, dependencies, and benefits: realization against the CIO’s digital roadmap. Change Management & Adoption Drive structured change management — communications, training, and support — to secure user adoption post go-live. Coordinate go-live and hypercare support with the project coordinators and systems tech support team. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate implementation partners and vendors to keep projects aligned to scope, schedule, and cost.
