Operate heavy-duty juicers, blenders, and other beverage preparation equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control for all beverages. Customize orders based on customer dietary needs and preferences where required. Hygiene and Food Safety Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the preparation area at all times. Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines. Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of fresh ingredients. Regularly clean and sanitize equipment, work surfaces, and utensils. Customer Service Greet customers warmly and take orders in a professional and friendly manner. Provide product recommendations and explain ingredients and health benefits where needed. Ensure prompt and accurate order delivery to enhance customer satisfaction. Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally. Stock and Inventory Management Monitor stock levels of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries while ensuring quality standards are met. Report shortages, spoilage, or wastage to management. Support proper stock rotation using First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principles. Equipment Handling and Maintenance Operate and care for juicing and blending equipment responsibly. Report any faults or maintenance needs promptly. Ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Compliance and Quality Control Follow all company recipes and preparation standards strictly. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal quality standards. Maintain consistency in presentation and product quality at all times. KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Service, or related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Juice Barista in a high-end restaurant, café, or hotel. Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and food safety standards. Experience operating commercial juicers and blenders. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Creativity in beverage preparation and presentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and reliability.
