Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions tailored to patients' clinical needs and rehabilitation goals. Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as appropriate. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment programs, exercise regimens, and injury prevention strategies. Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical records. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities. Adhere to all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards governing physiotherapy practice. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution. Valid registration and practicing license with the relevant regulatory authority. Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in physiotherapy practice. Experience in home healthcare, rehabilitation, geriatrics, neurology, orthopedics, or post-operative care will be an added advantage. Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
