Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU/HDU. Monitor patients\’ vital signs and promptly respond to changes in clinical condition. Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and blood products safely and accurately. Operate and monitor critical care equipment including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps. Assist in emergency procedures, resuscitation, and advanced life support interventions. Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
