The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the property, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. Min Qualification: Highschool Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - Rotating Schedule Applicant Location: Kenya Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain all common areas, including corridors, staircases, lobbies, washrooms, and external walkways. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize designated areas according to the cleaning schedule. Clean and disinfect washrooms, ensuring adequate supply of soap, tissue, and other consumables. Empty waste bins and dispose of garbage in designated collection points. Replenish cleaning supplies and report low stock levels to the supervisor. Clean windows, glass surfaces, doors, and other fixtures as assigned. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including entrances and parking surroundings. Report maintenance issues, damages, safety hazards, or suspicious activities promptly. Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and in accordance with health and safety guidelines. Assist in deep cleaning and special cleaning assignments as required. Support the property management team in maintaining a clean, professional, and tenant-friendly environment. Perform any other duties assigned by the Property Manager or Supervisor. Qualifications and Experience KCSE Certificate or equivalent. Previous experience in commercial, office, or institutional cleaning. Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning duties. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Honest, dependable, and of high integrity.
