Responsibilities: or duties To provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients by delivering continuous assessment, advanced patient monitoring, life-support interventions, and evidence-based nursing care while ensuring patient safety and quality clinical outcomes. Qualifications or requirements: Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a recognized institution. Higher Diploma in Critical Care Nursing. Assist in emergency procedures, resuscitation, and advanced life support interventions. Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation. Implement infection prevention and patient safety protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Educate and support patients' families regarding treatment and ongoing care. Ensure proper use and maintenance of critical care equipment and supplies. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and continuous professional development. Uphold professional, ethical, and regulatory nursing standards at all times.
