Key Responsibilities Develop and execute Gametosha’s overall affiliate marketing strategy. Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing affiliates to maximize performance and ROI. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Negotiate and manage contracts, commissions, and incentive structures with affiliates and partners. Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, product, and analytics) to align affiliate campaigns with company goals. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and brand guidelines. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain Gametosha’s competitive advantage. Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 1 ½ years to 3 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or digital sector. Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution models, and digital marketing channels. Experience using affiliate marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ Affiliate, PartnerStack, or similar). Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities; proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
