Warehouse & Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist ensuring GDP, regulatory, and quality compliance, requiring a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with a valid Pharmacist’s License and 3+ years experience: in a busy pharmaceutical warehouse, in a pharmaceutical environment, on-site role. Key Responsibilities: Ensure GDP, regulatory and quality compliance. Liaise with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board. Oversee receiving, storage, distribution and stock control. Ensure proper product storage, FEFO/FIFO and traceability. Manage controlled drugs, complaints and product recalls. Develop and implement SOPS and quality procedures. Supervise warehouse staff, performance and training. Monitor stock reconciliation, expiries, damages and discrepancies. Prepare warehouse reports and performance updates. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy. Valid and current Pharmacist’s License is MANDATORY. Minimum 3 years’ experience: in a busy pharmaceutical warehouse.
