Key Responsibilities: Welcome and serve guests professionally. Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately. Ensure excellent customer service at all times. Maintain cleanliness of the bar and service areas. Promote menu items and beverages to customers. Requirements: Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field is an added advantage. Previous experience in a bar, club, lounge, restaurant, or similar establishment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed, confident, and professional in appearance. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
