KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Financial Leadership • Financial Reporting & Analysis • Budgeting & Forecasting • Treasury & Cash Flow Management • Tax & Statutory Compliance • Risk Management & Internal Controls • Tendering & Commercial Support • Business Development Support QUALIFICATIONS ● Bachelor;s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration,or related field. ● Mandatory: CPA (K), Active ICPAK Membership ● Added Advantage: ACCA, CIMA, CFA, Corporate Governance Certification, Risk Management Certification EXPERIENCE • Minimum 5 years progressive finance experience. • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. • Experience in multi-business environments preferred. COMPETENCIES Financial Management, Strategic Thinking, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Commercial Acumen, Leadership, Financial Analysis, Decision Making, Negotiation, Integrity, Communication.KPIs • Timely preparation of management accounts. • 100% statutory compliance. • Clean audit outcomes. • Effective cash flow management. • Successful support of tender submissions.
