The role oversees recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development. Plan, coordinate, and oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and orientation of new employees. Ensure staffing levels meet operational and clinical requirements. Maintain employee personnel records and ensure confidentiality of HR information. Coordinate employee induction, training, and continuous professional development programs. Develop and implement performance management systems, including annual appraisals and performance improvement plans. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues. Investigate employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts, recommending appropriate resolutions. Ensure compliance with Labor laws, occupational safety regulations, and hospital HR policies. Coordinate employee engagement, wellness, recognition, and retention initiatives. Advise management on organizational development and workforce planning. Monitor staff attendance, leave administration, and compliance with hospital attendance policies. Prepare HR reports, workforce statistics, and management reports. Coordinate succession planning and talent management initiatives. Participate in organizational change management and culture-building programs. Ensure all professional licenses, certifications, and mandatory training records are maintained and up to date. Coordinate HR audits and support external regulatory inspections relating to human resources.
