The role involves engaging directly with smallholder farmers, conducting product demonstrations, educating customers on product benefits and financing options, and consistently achieving sales targets while building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits, community activations, and farmer group engagements to create product awareness. Identify, generate, and qualify sales leads within assigned territories. Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product features, benefits, and available financing options. Follow up with prospective customers and convert qualified leads into successful sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, community leaders, and other local stakeholders. Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and field reports using provided tools. Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends. Represent the company professionally and uphold its values while working in the field. Qualifications & Experience Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in direct B2C sales, preferably within rural or agricultural markets. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Experience selling agricultural, clean energy, or other asset-based products is an added advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented with the ability to work independently. Comfortable working extensively in rural communities and conducting field-based sales activities. Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting and data collection. Fluency in local languages spoken within the assigned region is an added advantage.
