The role combines graphic design, video production, and digital media management to ensure cohesive, compelling visual Min Qualification: Certificate Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Kenya Job descriptions & requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES a. Design marketing collateral, digital graphics, and internal communications while ensuring strict brand consistency across all outputs. b. Produce and edit professional video content including promos, demos, event coverage, and social media reels with motion graphics and sound design. c. Capture and manage photography and video assets in a centralized digital library. d. Develop, schedule, and monitor social media content across platforms to maximize engagement and track performance metrics. e. Enforce brand guidelines, propose creative campaign concepts, and stay current on design trends and emerging technologies. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS a. Certification and proven experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related creative field/skills. b. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects); skills in additional tools is an added advantage. c. Social media management experience is an added advantage, including familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite. d. At least one year of professional experience in creative design, multimedia, or digital marketing; e. Strong creative vision, attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
