Looking for a sales job in Kenya? M-KOPA is hiring Telesales Representatives – eMobility skilled in outbound telesales, lead conversion, and customer management. We are looking for Mobility Telesales Representatives to help us acquire and upsell motorbikes and other products to existing customers as we grow our Mobility division across Kenya. ”This role offers the opportunity to directly drive revenue growth for M-KOPA’s Mobility business through high-quality outbound sales conversations. You’ll work within a close-knit telesales team, engaging both prospective and existing customers to match them with the right mobility products at the right moment.” About Us We foster a performance-driven culture where results matter and individuals are empowered to own their numbers. Our Mobility team is on a mission to make motorbikes and other mobility products accessible to everyday Kenyans through flexible, customer-first financing. You’ll be part of a fast-moving commercial team that values persuasion, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Initiating outbound calls to prospective customers and pitching M-KOPA Mobility products including motorbikes Engaging existing M-KOPA customers to cross-sell additional products tailored to their needs Following up on customer commitments to ensure successful sales closure and fulfilment of agreed terms Meeting and exceeding conversion and sales targets while maintaining high conversation quality Ensuring all calls comply with established quality standards, call scripts, and compliance guidelines Maintaining talk time benchmarks to drive productivity and efficient use of calling hours Identifying and escalating customer concerns or objections to ensure timely resolution This is a hybrid role based at our M-KOPA Mobility HQ. You will be reporting to the Telesales Team Leader – Mobility.
