Church Army Africa Administrative Assistant Jobs in Kenya Church Army Africa Administrative Assistant Jobs in Kenya Church Army Africa Administrative Assistant Jobs in Kenya; To provide full administrative support to the CFUM department and clerical functions at the Centre, ensuring effective coordination of projects, records, and departmental activities. Key Responsibilities Maintain updated records for all departmental projects. Manage visitors’ book at Tafakari Centre and keep records of potential partners. Supervise service providers to ensure cleanliness of Tafakari Centre. Administer and maintain financial records and requisitions in a timely manner. Track supply of annual office inventory and stationery. Record departmental meetings and update the Director/staff. Participate in departmental activities including program site visits. Provide administrative assistance to the Director and Heads of Programs. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Diploma in Community Development. Good computer and communication skills. Ability and experience in handling social media accounts and basic graphics design (added advantage). Work experience in informal urban setups (added advantage). High integrity and committed Christian, supportive of the ethos of CFUM and Church Army Africa.
